- Please send an e-mail on info@universaljewels.net within 7 days of receiving your item.
- We will reply with the address for shipping and a Return Authorization number.
- Please send the items back to us with tags attached, the Return Authorization number. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the item.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on items returned for credit after 7 days.
When do we ship:
- We typically ship orders Monday through Friday (except for Holidays) within 24 business hours of receipt of payment.
- All orders are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
